A: No.  A chiropractic adjustment performed by a trained professional should not hurt. However if the body part is inflamed and painful the adjustment might hurt the already sensitive tissue

A: Yes.  Chiropractic treatment is by far one of the  safest types of health care treatment available.

Q: [Do Chiropractors only work on backs?]                                                                          A:  No.  A Skilled Chiropractor can successfully adjust any joint in the body, as well as performing some soft tissue mobilization.

Q:  [Are Chiropractors real Doctors?]

A:  Yes.  All states are slightly different, but on average a doctor of chiropractic must complete approximately eight years of college and pass national and state boards to practice in the U.S.A.

Q: [Once I go to a Chiropractor, do I have to keep going for the rest of my life?]                                                                                A:  Yes and No.  A Chiropractor is just like a dentist or an M.D.  You first saw these specialist when you were little and you still see them every 6 months to a year for maintenance and health.  Care of your bones are no different than care for your teeth.  If you neglect  them they will be more susceptible to degeneration and decay.
